Help riders choose the right KTM or Zontes motorcycle and guide them from first enquiry to handover.
What you'll do
- Greet walk-in customers and answer WhatsApp and phone enquiries promptly
- Explain models, features and prices, and arrange test rides
- Prepare quotations and hire-purchase loan applications with partner banks
- Follow up with leads and keep records of every customer
- Coordinate registration, insurance and handover with the admin team
- Help at events, roadshows and owners' rides
What we're looking for
- SPM or above
- Good spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage
- Interest in motorcycles; a B Full licence is preferred
- Friendly, confident and comfortable meeting new people
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided
